No. We work directly within your existing system through secure remote access, so nothing needs to be moved or duplicated. This keeps your records consistent and avoids unnecessary disruption.
How do you handle certified payroll and compliance?
We manage certified payroll reporting (DIR and WH-347), prevailing wage tracking, and required filings as part of our process. Everything is handled accurately and on time, so you don’t have to worry about staying compliant.
Can you handle certified payroll reporting and compliance on its own?
In some cases, yes. However, certified payroll is directly tied to the accuracy of the underlying payroll data. When payroll is processed separately, it limits visibility and increases the risk of inconsistencies in classifications, wage rates, and reporting.
To ensure everything is accurate and fully compliant, most clients have us manage both payroll and certified payroll together. This keeps everything aligned and reduces the potential for errors or issues.
